BridgeWay Station Mauldin: Dining, Living & Soccer ⚽
BridgeWay Station Mauldin is a European-style, walkable mixed-use district right off I-385 with restaurants, a food hall, shops, apartments, offices, and now GE Vernova Park, the new home stadium of the Greenville Triumph and Greenville Liberty soccer clubs. The stadium opened in June 2026, so the area is busier than ever on game nights.

What Is BridgeWay Station in Mauldin, SC?
BridgeWay Station is a mixed-use development by Hughes Investments at 1000 Via Corso Avenue, along I-385 near the Bridges Road exit. It’s built like a European town center, with a walkable main street, open-air balconies, fountains, and a waterfall. You can eat, shop, work, live, and catch a soccer match without moving your car.
Parking is free. It sits between Mauldin, Simpsonville, and Greenville, so it pulls people from all three. The district also hosts community events like a farmers market and a Christmas market. Check the official BridgeWay Station site for the current calendar.
What Restaurants Are at BridgeWay Station Mauldin?
BridgeWay Station’s current directory lists sit-down restaurants, a brewery, a food hall, cafés, and dessert spots. Italian is well represented, and there’s Mexican food, craft beer, and plenty of sweets too. Tenants do change over time, so check the official directory before you go.
As of fall 2026, the directory lists:
- Restaurants and bars: Restaurant Rocco, The Plank, Tavola Italian, Nixtamal Mexican Kitchen, CABANAS, Rôtie By Stella’s, and BridgeWay Brewing Co.
- Cafés and desserts: Mercato Cafe, Old Europe Desserts, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, and Cocobowlz
- Food hall: City Market Food Hall
A few of the places I mentioned when I first wrote about BridgeWay are no longer on the directory, so I’ve updated this list to match what’s there now.
What Is City Market Food Hall?
City Market is BridgeWay Station’s food hall. It opened in early 2024 with about 9,500 square feet of ground-floor space plus a 4,000-square-foot rooftop bar, and it was described at opening as the largest food hall in South Carolina. It’s a good stop for groups where everyone wants something different.
When it opened, the vendors included Bula Bula Bowl, Bridgeway Pizza Co., Boba Ocha Tea Co., Hotto Noodle, and Bourbon St. Burgers, along with a Public House pouring 25 craft beers plus wine. Food hall vendors can rotate, so check what’s open before you head over.
What Is GE Vernova Park at BridgeWay Station?
GE Vernova Park is the new soccer stadium at BridgeWay Station and the permanent home of the Greenville Triumph (USL League One) and Greenville Liberty (USL W League). It opened in June 2026 and hosted its first Triumph home match on June 3, 2026, against Forward Madison FC. It has 4,300 seats and can expand to 6,300 attendees.
Some numbers have changed since the stadium was first announced in 2024. Early plans talked about a much larger venue, but the stadium that was built is smaller. Here’s what the reporting shows:
- 🏗️ Construction start: September 23, 2025
- 🏷️ Name: GE Vernova bought the naming rights in November 2025
- 💵 Cost: a $28 million guaranteed maximum price as of September 2025, with $4 million from the City of Mauldin, $12 million from the State of South Carolina, and $13.5 million from team ownership, as reported by the Greenville News
- 🌨️ Delay: opening moved from May 9 to June 3, 2026, after winter storms in late January slowed construction
- 🎉 Game nights: a fan festival at BridgeWay Station Plaza before matches
The stadium is a public-private partnership between the City of Mauldin, the State of South Carolina, Greenville Pro Soccer, and Hughes Investments. It’s also designed to host community events beyond soccer.
Can You Live at BridgeWay Station?
Yes. BridgeWay Station has two apartment communities, Avvio and Prossimo, so you can live upstairs from restaurants, shops, and the stadium. There’s also coworking and office space at The Worx, so some residents can walk to work. If you’d rather own, Mauldin and Simpsonville neighborhoods are a short drive away.
Beyond food, the directory includes boutiques (Lili + Koko Boutique and Bubbles Bar, Plum: A Lifestyle Boutique, and Mountain High Outfitters), Le Chic Nails Lounge, and The Junkyard for fitness.
The Mauldin Gateway Bridge, finished in 2023, is a pedestrian bridge over six lanes of I-385 near the Bridges Road exit. According to the City of Mauldin, it links BridgeWay Station to the rest of Mauldin and will eventually connect to the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
