I’m Chris Horrell, a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Greenville Upstate and the lead agent of The Horrell Team. A husband and father first, I am deeply rooted in the Upstate. I’m a retired law enforcement and SWAT officer with more than 15 years of service. That background shapes how our team works today: prepared, disciplined and straight with you about what to expect.

We cover five counties from the North Carolina state line to the Georgia state line: Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens and Oconee. Our clients have bought and sold in Greenville, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Greer, Taylors, Travelers Rest, Easley, Piedmont, Spartanburg, Inman, Boiling Springs, Anderson and Seneca, along with lake homes on Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell. Since 2011, when I helped create it, I’ve served as a founding board member of the Wounded & Recovering Fund (W.A.R. Fund), a non-profit that gives immediate financial help to Greenville County deputies and municipal police officers injured in the line of duty, so they can keep up with their home, car payments, groceries and bills while they recover. Since it began in 2012, the fund has provided more than $30,000 in support to injured officers. Operations Director

Todd Holmes

As the Operations Director for The Horrell Team at Keller Williams Greenville Upstate, I oversee the systems, strategy, and day-to-day operations that keep our team running efficiently and our clients supported at every stage. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, project management, and event planning, I bring a highly organized and solutions-driven approach to real estate.

I’m also a licensed Realtor® with hands-on experience representing both buyers and sellers. My goal is to make sure every transaction runs smoothly and that our team and clients feel informed, prepared, and confident from start to finish.

My background in telecommunications keeps us on the leading edge of technology—streamlining communication, digital systems, and workflow tools to deliver a seamless experience for everyone we serve.

I’m a direct communicator, but with years of management experience, I’ve learned how to adapt and communicate clearly and efficiently with both our team and clients. Whether coordinating behind the scenes or walking clients through contracts, I focus on clarity, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving.

Outside of real estate, I’m proud to support our community by helping organize the annual W.A.R. Fund Falling Steel Match, a charity fundraiser for Greenville County officers injured in the line of duty, and having served on the board of the Belton Gun Club for 5 years. These roles reflect my commitment to service, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact both in and out of the industry.
